Convenient for locals but overpriced and poor selection, check freshness of items!
This place is just a emergency stop for me. Never had friendly service here. I get looked up and down like I'm a damn alien when I come here. I assume it would be hard for them to get consistent customers with that kind of treatment. The veggies are usually nasty looking and not worthy of feeding to farm animals. I stopped buying anything frozen here because it has a weird taste and is always freezer burnt. Most I buy is bread, milk or creamer. It's over priced and unfriendly.
Wonderful little locally owned grocery store with reasonable prices (They're locally owned and actually pay their taxes- they don't get the cuts the big guys get), friendly service and a great meat selection. They even have a better cigarette selection than most stores of this size, and add on top of that a double dose of small time charm and you have my favorite grocery store in the area.
